Kinda tired of people saying “Eating meat is murder and you are a horrible person if you do” like they completely forgot that humans are omnivores, which means we need both meat and plants to survive.

I wouldn’t say that hunans need meat to survive but we’re not evil for eating something we were built to eat If it is farmed in a humane way that does not perpetuate disease or mass animal suffering

We’re not built to eat meat. Exhibit A, meat and dairy consumption leads to 14 of the 15 leading causes of death. (Heart disease, obesity and many types of cancers being the bigger ones). Our digestive systems and many parts of our bodies would be fit to hunt if we were.
No one is saying we’re evil, I believe people are so conditioned by society that it’s normal and they shouldn’t change cause people think change is bad. Also, killing isn’t humane. No matter how nice you treat the animals beforehand.

“I still want animals to die, just not in the same way :/” there’s no such thing as a humane way to kill someone who does not want to die
